Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

D-VOLT Advanced Systems Pvt. Ltd. (“D-VOLT”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in India. Our office is at Christ Nagar, Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh 522101, India.

This policy covers our website, dvoltadvancedsystems.in (the “Site”). We build two products, ADRISHTA (adrishta.in) and D-VOLT Enertech. Each product may have its own privacy notice, which applies when you use that product.

2. What we collect

The Site is an information site. It has no user accounts, no sign-up and no payments. We collect only the following.

• Information you send us: your name, email address and the content of your message when you email us.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider may automatically record your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of your visit, for security and to keep the Site running.

We do not use advertising trackers. At the time of writing we do not use analytics tools or non-essential cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry.
• To run, secure and maintain the Site.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We rely on your consent when you contact us, and on our need to operate the Site securely, as permitted under Indian law.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers to run the Site and our email, and they process data on our behalf:

• Our domain and email provider, GoDaddy.
• The Site’s hosting provider, Microsoft Azure (Azure Static Web Apps).
• Google (Gmail), for the contact address dvoltadvancedsystems@gmail.com.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, for example in response to a lawful order from a court or authority.

5. Transfers outside India

Some of our service providers store or process data on servers outside India. We choose providers that apply reasonable security safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

We keep emails and enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our business records, normally no longer than 24 months. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period under its own settings.

7. Your rights

Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data of yours we hold.
• Correct or update it.
• Delete it, where we no longer need it.
• Withdraw a consent you gave us.

To make a request, email us at the addresses in section 11. We may need to confirm who you are before we act.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Site is for businesses and the general public and is not directed at children under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Links to other sites

The Site links to other websites, including adrishta.in. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Please check it occasionally.
