1. Acceptance
These terms apply to your use of dvoltadvancedsystems.in (the “Site”), operated by D-VOLT Advanced Systems Pvt. Ltd. (“D-VOLT”, “we”, “us”), whose office is at Christ Nagar, Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh 522101, India. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About the Site and our products
The Site gives information about D-VOLT and its two products, ADRISHTA and D-VOLT Enertech.
- ADRISHTA is available at adrishta.in. Use of ADRISHTA is governed by its own terms, not these.
- D-VOLT Enertech is under development. Descriptions of its designs, specifications, features and timelines on the Site are for information only. They are not an offer to sell, a warranty, or a commitment to supply any product by any date.
3. Using the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Try to disrupt, overload or damage the Site or its servers.
- Probe, scan or test the security of the Site without our written permission.
- Collect content from the Site in bulk by automated means.
- Pretend to be another person or organisation when you contact us.
4. Intellectual property
The content of the Site, including text, graphics, names, logos, product names (such as ADRISHTA, D-VOLT and D-VOLT Enertech), designs and technical material, belongs to D-VOLT or its licensors. Nothing in these terms gives you a licence to use it, except that you may view the Site and share links to it. Please do not copy, adapt or reuse our designs or content without our written permission.
5. Enquiries and feedback
If you send us ideas, comments or suggestions, we may use them to improve our products and services without owing you anything for them. Please do not send us confidential information through the Site unless we have agreed to receive it.
6. Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors, or that the Site will always be available.
8. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, D-VOLT is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law.
9. Changes
We may change the Site or these terms at any time. The effective date at the top shows when these terms were last updated. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
